Eliot Jobe is the Program and Ops Manager for the GTDC: Pathways to Policy program, working on student programming and managing day-to-day operations of the undergraduate experiential learning program in Washington, D.C. He was previously a Program and Research Associate at the UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation, where he led the IGCC office in Washington, DC, and oversaw graduate and postgraduate programs such as the Public Policy and Nuclear Threats Boot Camp and the Postdoctoral Fellowship in Technology and International Security. He was also a Research Associate at Dr. Andrew Shaver’s Political Violence Lab, where he participated in groundbreaking academic research on political violence, social unrest, and human rights. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Sustainable Energy program at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Johns Hopkins SAIS Journal of Energy and Environmental Policy.
